How do PUC students get access to Microsoft Office apps?

  1. You can find the download link when logged into Outlook webmail but it isn't as straightforward as it used to be. There are 4 or more screens you have to click through to get there and it may change, The most direct way is to use this link:

  1. At the first Microsoft login screen, be sure to put in your full PUC email address. That will tell MS that you are associated with PUC and you will be sent to the PUC login screen. Once you get in, you will see the button to download the latest desktop version of Office ("Install Office"). If you want an older version of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, use the button below the Install button.

If it won't let you in or download, then your PUC login has been flagged as no longer a current student. You will have to contact IT (965-7000) about getting reinstated
